Partners for Care and Mobility Worldwide Columbia visit Kenyan beneficiaries

PFC has been privileged to host Terry, Board Chairman Columbia Mobility Worldwide and Jeff a volunteer with Mobility Worldwide in assembly and packaging. During their four day stay they visited a school, two slums and Gatundu sub county in Kiambu County where they interacted with 20 beneficiaries of the mobility carts. They had a chance to meet with officials from Association for the Physically Disabled of Kenya (APDK) , National Council for Persons with Disability (NCPWD) and Kiambu County Disability Network and discussed how to reach and help a wider network of physically challenged people. Anthony Mungai, Kiambu County Program Director and also spearheading the Mobility Cart Program on the ground was their guide during the visit and learned alot from them. The PFC team would like to appreciate Mobility Worldwide for the support and guidance in implementing of the Mobility Cart program.
