TODAY, FEBRUARY 4TH, WE PROVIDED 8 PET CARTS TO A VARIETY OF DISABLED
PERSONS AT TESSABAN TAMBOL MAE LANG IN LAMPHUN PROVINCE.  I TOOK THE 3 PHOTOS IN THIS PHOTO IN ORDER TO SHOW THE PROGRESS AND CHANGE.  THE 61 YEAR OLD MAN ARRIVED SITTING ON THE FLOOR OF A
MOTORCYCLE SIDE CAR THAT WAS BACKED UP TO THE DOOR OF THE COMMUNITY CENTER.  THE TAILGATE WAS LOWERED AND HE CRAWLED OUT ON
HIS HAND AND KNEES GRASPING A SMALL BLOCK OF WOOD IN EACH HAND WITH
RUBBER GLUED TO THE BOTTOM TO HELP PREVENT HIM FROM SLIPPING.  VOLUNTEERS LIFTED HIM INTO HIS NEW PET CART AND THE 3RD PHOTO SHOWS HIS “V” FOR VICTORY SIGN OF EXCITEMENT AND APPRECIATION.   HOPE YOU ENJOY.  I WILL SEND OTHERS. I APOLOGIZE FOR THE BLUR.  IT ALL HAPPENED VERY FAST AND I JUST RUSHED TO TRY AND CAPTURE THIS FOR YOU.
